Panels engineered,
wired and documented right.
From a single VFD enclosure to a multi-section motor control centre — we design, fabricate, wire, program and test control panels, and hand over drawings your team can maintain.
Panel types
VFD Panels
Single and multi-drive panels for pumps, fans, conveyors and process lines.
- Input MCCB/fuses, line & DC reactors
- Output dV/dt or sine filters for long cables
- Bypass (DOL/star-delta) for critical loads
- Thermal design: fans, filters, AC units
- Braking resistor & door-mounted keypad
MCC — Motor Control Centres
Fixed or draw-out feeder modules for many motors from one line-up.
- DOL, star-delta, soft-starter & VFD feeders
- Busbar systems sized for fault level
- Form of separation as per IEC 61439
- Motor protection relays & metering
PLC & Automation Panels
The brain of the machine — PLC, I/O, HMI and networking.
- Siemens and other leading PLC platforms
- HMI on the door, remote I/O in the field
- Profinet, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP
- Safety relays, E-stop & interlocks
PCC & Distribution
Power control and distribution panels for incoming supply and sub-mains.
- ACB/MCCB incomers with interlocks
- DG–EB changeover (manual & auto)
- Multifunction energy meters
- Sub-distribution boards
APFC Panels
Automatic power-factor correction to cut kVA demand and avoid PF penalties.
- Microprocessor relay with step control
- Capacitor-duty contactors
- Detuned reactors for harmonic-rich sites
- Thyristor switching for fast loads
Soft-Starter & Special Panels
Purpose-built panels where a standard design won't do.
- Soft-starter panels for high-inertia loads
- Crane, hoist & lift control panels
- Pump-house & multi-pump control
- Solar pump controller panels
Designed around heat, harmonics & access
A drive is only as reliable as the panel around it. The three things that kill VFDs early are heat, dirty power and poor layout — so we design for all three from day one.
- Heat calculation — drive losses (≈2–3% of rating) plus other components, matched with filter fans or panel AC.
- Segregation — power and control wiring routed apart; screened motor cables with 360° gland earthing.
- Protection — semiconductor fuses or MCCB per drive maker's coordination tables.
- Serviceability — drive replaceable without dismantling the panel; keypad on the door.
Built to recognised standards
| Standard | Covers | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| IEC 61439-1/-2 | Low-voltage switchgear & controlgear assemblies | Verified temperature rise, short-circuit withstand and clearances |
| IEC 60204-1 | Electrical equipment of machines | Safe control circuits, E-stops, wire colours and marking |
| IS/IEC 60947 | Switchgear components (MCCB, contactors, relays) | Correctly rated, type-tested components and coordination |
| IEC 60529 | Enclosure ingress protection (IP) | IP rating matched to dust, water and wash-down conditions |
| IEC 61800 / IEEE 519 | Adjustable speed drives / harmonic limits | Drive EMC and harmonic levels kept within limits at your supply point |

Clean drawings, every panel
Our panel schematics are produced in PanelCAD — the panel-design software from our sister concern. Consistent symbols, auto-numbered terminals and wire references mean your maintenance team can trace any circuit in minutes.
